You pay SpliceRun. We rent and operate a VPS for your instance alone - not
shared with other customers. You still do not SSH in or manage Docker unless we
agree a special arrangement; the day-to-day surface is the same dashboard as
Shared.

What happens when you pay
- Checkout records the Dedicated plan and payment.
- Our workers create the server at the provider, install the stack, and
register the instance in your dashboard.
- How long it takes depends on the provider (API create, image pull,
first boot). Watch the instance page; we do not publish a fixed “ready in
N minutes” SLA on this page.
- When an IP is shown, point your domain’s A record at it if you want a custom
hostname. Certificate issuance needs correct DNS.
- Open the app URL and complete first-user owner signup in the product.
No separate admin-password email is sent.

If something stalls
- Provider create failed or the instance never leaves provisioning: contact
support with the instance id. Platform failures are on us.
- DNS / certificate not ready: fix the A record, then wait for renewal or ask
support to re-check.
